For Arizona small businesses
Know what to file, when, and where the law says so.
Answer six questions and Cumple builds your calendar: renewals, notices and employer duties, each linked to the state's official source. Written in plain language by a person, Spanish first.

Six questions
Business type, county, TPT license, city, employees and trade name.
- 2
Your calendar
Only what applies to you, in order of urgency, with computed dates.
- 3
The source, always
Every item links the statute or agency that requires it. Nothing invented.
Free. No account. Two minutes.
Why you can trust this
Every rule links the law
We cite only azleg.gov, azcc.gov, azdor.gov, azsos.gov, the ICA, DES and FinCEN. If it is not in an official source, it is not here.
Written by a person
The Spanish is not machine translation. Someone who reads the rules wrote it the way they would explain it to a neighbor.
It tells you what you DON'T need
Arizona LLCs file no annual report, and the FinCEN BOI report no longer exists for US companies. Letters charging for those are sales, not requirements.
What we are still verifying
We do not show a rule until we have read it at its official source. These are in progress:
- •Unemployment-insurance registration with DES and its quarterly filings.
- •Withholding registration with ADOR (form JT-1) and A-4 forms.
- •City business licenses: Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler and Flagstaff differ.
- •Official Spanish-language posters from the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
