1. Who we are
Cumple (cumpleaz.com) is operated by Elaren Ventures LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.
2. What we collect
Your email address; your mobile number if you choose to give it; your business name and the filing types you choose to track (your quiz answers and optional dates); the timestamp of your consent; and the keyword replies you text us (for example STOP or HELP).
3. How we use it
Only to deliver the service: show your calendar, send the reminders, run your account and keep the record of your consent. No marketing, no promotions.
4. Text messages (SMS)
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are sent only to people who ticked the consent box or texted START or SI. You can cancel anytime by replying STOP, ALTO or CANCELAR. Full terms: https://cumpleaz.com/en/sms-terms/.
5. Service providers
We use Twilio to deliver text messages and Cloudflare to host the site, the sign-in emails and the database. Each provider processes your data only to deliver the service and may not use it for any other purpose. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete it, email devin@elarenadvisors.com and we will erase it.
7. Your choices
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Email devin@elarenadvisors.com to delete your account or request a copy of your data. Your quiz answers are also stored in your own browser and can be cleared from it.
