SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program name and description
Cumple is a compliance-reminder service for Arizona small-business owners who created an account and opted in at cumpleaz.com. Reminders go out 60, 30 and 7 days before a state filing date (TPT license renewal, trade-name/DBA renewal, new-hire report and similar filings). Each message names the filing, the due date, links the official government source, and carries STOP instructions. No marketing, no promotions, no third-party offers. Messages are sent from +1 (623) 239-5849.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the number of filings you choose to track. For each tracked filing you receive up to 3 messages (60, 30 and 7 days before the date).
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP (also ALTO or CANCELAR) to any message to stop receiving reminders. You will receive this confirmation: "Cumple: ya no recibirá recordatorios por texto. Responda START para reactivarlos." (Cumple: you will no longer receive text reminders. Reply START to turn them back on.)
5. How to get help
Reply HELP (or AYUDA) to any message. You will receive: "Cumple: recordatorios de cumplimiento para su negocio. Responda STOP para cancelar. Ayuda: devin@elarenadvisors.com". You can also email devin@elarenadvisors.com.
6. How consent is obtained
You opt in by ticking this box at signup: "Autorizo a Cumple a enviarme recordatorios de cumplimiento por mensaje de texto a este número. Puedo cancelar cuando quiera respondiendo STOP." (I authorize Cumple to send compliance reminders by text message to this number. I can cancel anytime by replying STOP.) Consent is logged with a timestamp. Nobody is added without ticking the box. You can also opt in by texting START or SI.
7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
