Annual report (ACC)
Only corporations file an annual report, each on its own date, with a Certificate of Disclosure. Arizona LLCs do NOT file an annual report.
Who it applies to
Corporations and LLCs registered with the ACC. LLCs will see they file no annual report.
Why
Keeps the corporation in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).
If missed
The corporation becomes 'Pending Inactive' and about 60 days later can be administratively dissolved. A 6-month extension exists.
When it is due
Your date is specific to your corporation: find it on your entity record at the ACC or call 602-542-3026. Online filing opens 90 days early.
Example computed for a typical business. Your date depends on your answers.
