Required ICA posters (minimum wage and paid sick time)
Post, where employees can read them, the current year's Minimum Wage poster and the Earned Paid Sick Time poster from the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Both exist in English and Spanish and download free. The minimum-wage poster changes every year (the 2027 one is already published).
Who it applies to
Any business with at least one employee, part-time or family included.

Notices required by the ICA (A.R.S. § 23-364).
If missed
An older ICA guide cites civil penalties from $250 for a first violation and $1,000 for later or willful ones; confirm current amounts.
When it is due
Due: January 1, 2027
Swap the minimum-wage poster every January 1 for the ICA's new version.
